EDWARDSVILLE, ILL., Nov. 17, 2010 . . . Matt Wyatt, Assistant Center Manager at TheBANK of Edwardsville’s Collinsville Banking Center, has been selected to participate in the Future Leaders Alliance (FLA) program offered through the Illinois Bankers Association.  This 18-month leadership program is dedicated to enhancing the professional development of new and promising bank leaders through three primary components:  education, community service and networking.


Participants take a personality assessment test, attend education sessions and perform local community service.  The education sessions cover core topics such as Leadership and Communication, Financial Marketing and Branding, Team Building, Sales Organization Leadership Development, Corporate Ethics and more.


Wyatt joined TheBANK of Edwardsville in 2003 as a relief teller.  He later served as a Bank Services Consultant and was promoted to Assistant Center Manager of the Collinsville Center in 2009.


A graduate of Milliken University, Wyatt lives in Swansea with his fiancée, Stephanie Haines.
